I had a decent stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located right in the city center and close to Cinde MRT station. The room was spacious and comfortable, though it took a bit of time to get it ready upon arrival. The staff was not very helpful when I inquired about some amenities, which was a downside. However, the dining options were excellent with plenty of choices.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect right in the city center. However, the service left a lot to be desired as the staff was not friendly or helpful. The dining options were quite standard, and although I enjoyed the breakfast, it could definitely use more variety. Overall, while the hotel has great potential, the service and dining need improvement.
